Conversion Rate Optimization / Analytics Specialist

About the vacancy

Are you passionate about optimization? Utilize your expertise in data analysis, user behavior tracking, and A/B testing to identify opportunities, improve user experience, and drive conversions. We’re looking for a data-driven CRO specialist whose insights and experimentation drive continuous and measurable improvement. Our ideal candidate is comfortable reviewing and setting up tracking for Google, Facebook, and websites. This role will collaborate with the wider team to run experiments designed to improve our funnels.

Main job responsibilities:

  • Implement tracking in order to facilitate optimization work.
  • Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to improve website performance and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze website and digital campaign performance using web analytics tools.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels.
  • Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in conversion rate optimization.
  • Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor and track the impact of optimization efforts on conversion rates and other relevant metrics.

  • In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools such as
